Other Important Notes:
  • Reservation Fee: Php 50,000
  • The first down payment is due within 30 days after paying the Php 50,000 reservation fee
  • After the initial down payment, the monthly amortization is demandable
  • The remaining balances (50% ~ 80%) can be availed thru bank finance option or spot cash payment
  • Approved Bank Rates ranges from 6% - 9% depending on the bank 
  • Bank wire transfer is only applicable to the Reservation Fee and Downpayment
